The following information explains how Expay works, what you can expect when working with me, and the terms under which services are provided.

All prices are subject to IVA where applicable.

Once a price has been agreed, payment is requested before work begins unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

An invoice is issued for all services provided.

Where services relate to business or self-employed activities, fees may be included as an expense where permitted, and clients should confirm eligibility with their accountant if unsure.

Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

This includes situations where a client decides not to proceed, changes their plans, or withdraws after work has begun.

If cancellation is requested before work has started, any refund will be considered at my discretion, less any costs or time already incurred.

Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all documents and information provided are accurate, complete, and truthful.

Advice and preparation are based on current Spanish regulations and official guidance available at the time the service is provided.

​

Immigration and tax decisions ultimately remain with the relevant Spanish authorities.

​

Timely responses and the prompt provision of requested documents are essential to avoid delays.

Expay cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, third parties, appointment availability, or government processing times.

Before work begins, clients will be asked to complete an authorisation or permission form allowing Expay to hold and process personal information for the purpose of providing the requested service.

All information and documentation provided is treated as strictly private and confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Expay is a small, family-run team offering a hands-on, personal service.

I personally oversee all work and your case will always receive careful attention to detail.

My team may assist with specific administrative tasks where appropriate, but your information remains confidential and is only handled for the purpose of providing the service you have requested.

I am available for questions via WhatsApp or message during reasonable working hours. Response times may vary depending on workload, but all messages are answered as soon as possible.
