Doctors Certificates.
How does it work?
We will purchase of your medical certificate of good health, and then we will need you to upload medical evidence by completing a short online form and submitting a 30-second to 1-minute video confirming your identity and that you are fit and well. See VIDEO
We will need you to upload your digital Summary Care Record, which details current and past medical health conditions, medications and immunisations.
This can be accessed on request from your GP surgery, or via the NHS app (if linked with your surgery).
